Lectors

The lectors minister to the community of Sts. Peter and Paul by proclaiming the Word of the Lord, as it is found in the first and second readings at Mass.

New candidates for the lector ministry will receive training and materials by participating in parish lector workshops.  Lector schedules are prepared quarterly. Lectors usually commit to serving at one weekend Mass per month.

Lectors are responsible for finding a replacement if unable to serve at your appointed time.

Qualifications
