Fall Ember Days of Fasting Sept. 18, 20, & 21

The traditional Ember Days of fasting for fall are this week:  Wed., Fri., and Sat., Sept. 18, 20, and 21. While a fast is not obligatory, it is a worthy traditional spiritual practice to fast or abstain in some way on one or more of these days.
