Traditional Lighting of Luminaries on All Souls Day Nov. 2 (order by Oct. 28)

On All Souls Day, Tuesday, November 2, 2021, The Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul will honor our loved ones who have gone before us with a traditional lighting of luminaries and Rosary service outdoors following 5pm Vespers. Dedicated luminaries with individual names will be lighted and will enable us to remember and pray for our loved ones in a special way. At the end of the service, you can take the luminary home with you as a remembrance. It is not necessary to be present to have a luminary lighted for a loved one.

If you would like to honor a deceased loved one with a dedicated luminary, turn in the form below with the name(s) of the deceased, date of birth, and date of death (if known), or email this information to [email protected]. Submit your order and donation of $5 per luminary to Debbie Cliche after Mass the weekend of Oct. 23-24 or to the Parish Office by Thursday, Oct. 28. Make checks payable to the Basilica. Donations will support our Under One Roof campaign.
